
Using Islamic Tib for Sharping Memory
Raisin
(dried grapes) and almonds are good for memory. Eating walnuts makes the brain sharp.
Eating Munqa (منقی) increases the amount of blood which is very useful for brain
functioning. The use of beet increases the amount of hemoglobin or red cells in
the blood. The hemoglobin in the blood carries oxygen to all parts of the body.
The
use of the miswak before each prayer along with a frequent recitation of the Holy
Qur'an sharps both memory and eyesight. Asking for forgiveness illuminates
the inner self, which causes memory sharping.
In
addition to adopting these methods, work hard to memorize the lesson. If you do
not understand the lesson, try to understand it again by respectfully
requesting the teacher, otherwise, arrange a repetition with a group of talented
students in the class.
Before
starting the learning of a lesson, keep on praying to Allah Almighty for His
Help. Place your have on your head and recite Ya Qawiyyah (يَا قَوِيُّ) . Recite the following verse
of Holly Quran 7 times after each Fajr and Maghrib prayers.
’’رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِيْ صَدْرِيْ وَيَسِّرْلِيْ
أَمْرِيْ وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّنْ لِّسَانِيْ يَفْقَهُوْا قَوْلِيْ، رَبِّ
زِدْنِيْ عِلْماً‘‘
During learning your lesson, sit calmly, before
starting a lesson, recite these verses ’’رَبِّ زِدْنِيْ عِلْمَا‘‘ and ’’رَبِّ يَسِّرْ وَ لاَ تُعَسِّرْ وَ تَمِّمٍ بِالْخَيْرِ‘‘ three
times.
